FAQs

How is your coaching different from traditional therapy or counseling?

I focus on action, not diagnosis. My coaching blends mindset, leadership, and wellness strategy to move you forward. While therapy often looks backward to heal, my process looks ahead to help you perform, feel, and lead at your best.

Do you offer in-person or virtual coaching?

Both. I coach leaders and teams across the U.S. virtually, and I also offer in-person sessions depending on location and format. My goal is to make coaching practical and accessible wherever you are.

What can I expect from our first session?

Our first session is all about clarity. We’ll unpack where you are, what’s working, and what’s holding you back. You’ll leave with a roadmap, not just inspiration. You’ll know exactly what we’re working toward and how.

What’s your coaching style like?

I have a straightforward approach that’s supportive and built on real conversation. I’ll challenge you when needed, encourage you when it counts, and hold you accountable every step of the way. I’m not here to sugarcoat or lecture, I’m here to be of service to you and help you get results that last.

How long does coaching typically last?

It’s important to understand that everyone’s journey is different. While some clients work with me for 8–12 weeks, depending on the program and goals, others stay longer for ongoing accountability or further development. Think of it like training: you’ll see early wins quickly, but real transformation happens with consistency over time.

How do I know if coaching is the right fit for me?

If you’ve tried doing it all on your own—and you’re still stuck, drained, or unsure what to do next, then coaching might be exactly what you need. The goal isn’t to “fix” you; it’s to bring out your best. If you’re curious about what that might look like, I’m ready to meet you wherever you are in your journey.
